The structure is endowed with "low emission"glasses and insulation wall, resulting in significant energy savings for air conditioning. The roof of the hall was built with the highest quality materials and equipped with insulated cavity to prevent excessive heat loss. The walls of the building were made by interposing a low thermal conductivity material, reducing heat loss. The lamps used to illuminate the garden are all low-energy or LED. The pool contains salt water: thus, by hydrolysis, chlorine is produced in order to maintain water in such a way as to minimize the use of chemicals harmful to the environment.
